2,400+ lives impacted, 12 programs running, 86 volunteers mobilised — a Mylapore trust's digital home built for donations, transparency, and neighbourhood-scale impact.
Yogambal Social Welfare Association is a registered public charitable trust in Mylapore, Chennai — five minutes from Kapaleeswarar Temple. Founded in 2026, the trust runs three programme pillars: education and scholarships for first-generation learners, healthcare including free medical camps, and community development through skills training and women's collectives. They had 300+ members, 86 active volunteers, and 9 communities served. What they didn't have was a way for anyone outside their immediate neighbourhood to find, verify, or support them.
NGOs without a digital presence face a credibility wall. Donors want to verify before they give. Members want a central hub. The trust had no way to accept guest donations online, no responsive site for mobile users — the majority of their audience — and no consistent brand language across any touchpoint. Every flyer and banner looked different. Their first health camp screened 126 residents and referred 14 to specialists, but nobody outside TSV Koil Street knew it happened.
We built a seven-page digital presence that respects the trust's mission without the visual noise that plagues most NGO sites. Guest donation flow was the priority — frictionless giving with preset amounts (₹500 to ₹5,000), no account required, 80G receipt issued automatically. Impact stats are front and centre: 2,400+ lives, 12 programs, 86 volunteers, 9 communities. Financial transparency is baked in — quarterly spend breakdowns published to the site. Every design decision communicates: small on purpose, and every rupee is on the record.
